For New Business Referrals:

 

We are very excited by the opportunity to work with contacts and businesses in your network. As we grow, we're able to continue to grow with you as well. 

 

The following information is outlined below: 

1. Coach referral compensation structure
2. Email template for outreach to people in your network. Feel free to edit the templates as you'd like. (One pager attached).
3. Email template for an introduction to Chris (Co-Founder and Head of Partnerships) ([e-mail])

1. Coach Referral Compensation: After receiving a signed agreement from the business you introduce, Boon will pay you based on the number of employees that are given access to work with Boon:

• 10 - 49 employees: $750
• 50 - 100 employees: $1,500
• 101 - 300 employees: $2,500
• 301 - 600 employees: $5,000
• 601 - 1,000 employees: $10,000
• 1,001 + employees: $15,000+
